England Recall Saka While Jude Bellingham, Foden & Jack Grealish Are Left Out
The Arsenal forward has scored 12 goals in 44 games for England.
England have recalled the Arsenal winger for next week's fixtures versus Latvia and Wales, but there is no place for Bellingham, Phil Foden or Grealish.
Gunners attacker Bukayo Saka missed the previous World Cup qualifying successes against Serbia and Andorra due to a hamstring issue.
The 24-year-old made a comeback for Arsenal and found the net in their victory against the Greek side on Wednesday.
The England international replaces Arsenal team-mate Noni Madueke, who is sidelined until November with a knee problem.
England face Wales in a friendly at Wembley this week prior to a qualifying match in Riga on October 14.
If England win against Latvia, they will need a just two points from their final two matches against Serbia and Albania in the next month to reach next summer's tournament in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Leverkusen's Jarell Quansah replaces Newcastle's Tino Livramento, who is sidelined for two months following sustaining a knee injury versus the Gunners recently.
Elliot Anderson and Djed Spence, who received their first England call-ups last month, retain their places. Loftus-Cheek also keeps his spot, even with the recovery of Wharton.
The attacker has featured in just a single match for Tuchel since he became national team boss, due to fitness and hamstring injuries.
Bellingham was absent from the previous squad as he recovered from shoulder surgery and has only made one start for Real Madrid since returning from injury.
Foden was left out from the coach’s last England squad after a dip in performance and has been unsuccessful in returning, despite a strong start to the season with Manchester City.
The forward also is excluded despite a revival in form with Everton. He has not played for the national team since October 2024.

'Attention turns to excluded players'
Thomas Tuchel's latest England squad draws attention on those the boss has omitted instead of the included names.
Bellingham’s exclusion may raise some eyebrows but the coach understandably feels there is no need to recall the Madrid midfielder.
Manchester City's Foden and on-loan Everton forward Jack Grealish have both excelled at the start of the campaign.
Those who Tuchel utilised in England's qualifying victories against Serbia and Andorra deserve the chance to continue.
It will bring regret that Arsenal's Madueke is not included due to injury.
Anderson has settled well at England senior level.
Tuchel is a fan of Grealish, in particular, as well as the City star.
One unexpected move, it is the exclusion of Palace’s Wharton.
Bellingham, naturally, will be needed in the future.
